ORDERS FOR THE PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to acceptance by Marina Rinaldi AE. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the products.

Marina Rinaldi AE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, authorization failures, or eligibility issues.

The sale contract is concluded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the language of the contract is English.

PRICES AND PAYMENT POLICY

Prices are shown in local currency and include applicable taxes and import duties.

Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Marina Rinaldi AE does not store card details.

DELIVERY

Marina Rinaldi AE delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are processed daily and delivered within two (2) to four (4) days from order confirmation.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or addresses outside the UAE.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch by contacting Customer Care.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Returns may be made via courier or at Marina Rinaldi AE stores in the UAE. In-store returns receive a credit note valid for six (6) months.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

Marina Rinaldi AE bears no product liability beyond return, exchange, or refund obligations. Full liability rests with the manufacturer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property on the Website is owned by or licensed to Marina Rinaldi AE and protected by UAE and international laws.
