What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping is free of charge

We offer:

Same Day Delivery :
Dubai until 5 pm
Abu Dhabi & Sharjah until 12 pm

Standard Delivery ( 1-3 days ) for all the Emirates

The products are delivered by the courier daily from Sunday to Saturday including Friday and public holidays.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

On this site returns are also always free. You can find more information in the "Returns and Refunds" section.

If I place an order online, can I pick it up in store?

Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up for free in the boutique.

It's very simple: add the items to your shopping bag and once you pay you will need to call adn advise either the store of our customer service agent.

When picking up your order, simply show your order number and a valid ID.

What happens if I'm not at home when the courier comes?

The courier will make two additional delivery attempts and/or you will receive an automatic email allowing you to reschedule the delivery yourself.

If you do not receive this email and the second attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

The shipping confirmation email includes your Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track your shipment in real time on the courier's website.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently delivery to the UAE only.

Are there any addresses you can't ship to?

We deliver to any address within the UAE.

How to buy?

Shopping on our site is quick and easy:
1. browse the catalogue and click on the product you want
2. on the product details page select the size and colour you prefer
3. click on "Add to Shopping Bag"
4. a summary window will open. Click on "View Shopping Bag and check out"
5. enter the delivery address and payment information

You can check and change the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time and you can pay with any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa).

Do I need register to complete the purchase?

No, you do not need be registered on our site to make purchases.

However, registration is fast, free, safe and gives you many advantages:

- receive updates on your order and check past purchases

- save your delivery preferences

- request returns and check your refunds online

Can I save my favourite products?

To save your favourite products you must be a registered user.

1. browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in

2. on the product details page select your preferred size and colour

3. click on "Add to Favourites"

Can I change my order before it is dispatched?

We cannot proceed with any order change once it is confirmed and dispatched.
Order can be canceled by calling or emailing the Customer Service team
