Can I return any product, even if I only changed my mind?

You have 14 days from the day after delivery of your order to request a return, for any reason. You can return the item in store or by courier.

Please note that the item must be sent back in exactly the same condition it was received: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way, with all labels and accessories attached.

Can I return products from different orders within the same package?

No, for each order you must start a separate return/exchange procedure with separate packages

Can I change the size or colour of a product?

I am a Registered User: how can I return a product?

You have 14 days after receiving the order to request a return.

You may return the product(s) to us by getting in touch with our customer service who will be happy to serve you in this process:

Our customer care agents will arrange for a free pick up via our partner courier service.

Please be sure to protect the products by placing the items in the original box

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

What happens if I’m not at home when the courier comes to pick up the parcel?

The courier will return to pick up your parcel within the next two working days, in the same time slot specified during the return procedure.

I have received a damaged or faulty product. What should I do?

If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, please call our Customer service or you can send an email in order for them to start the return process. Our Customer Care will contact you to assist you with your return request within two (2) business days.

When will I receive the refund?

If you paid by credit/debit card/Tabby, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers;

If payment was done by Cash, we will request your bank details so we can proceed with a direct bank transfer - No cash can be given back.

If I return an order paid for in cash, how will the refund be made?

You will only need to share valid bank details to our customer service. We will make the refund to the account via bank transfer.
