What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping is free of charge and we offer 2 different methods:
Same Day Delivery to Dubai until 5 pm, to Abu Dhabi and to Sharjah until 12 pm
Standard Delivery (1-3 days)
The products are delivered by the courier daily from Sunday to Saturday including Friday and public holidays.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date.
On this site returns are also always free. You can find more information in the "Returns and Refunds" section.
If I place an order online, can I pick it up in store?
Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up for free in the boutique.
It's very simple: add the items to your shopping bag and once you pay you will have to contact our customer service to let them know you want to pick it up yourself.
When picking up your order, simply show your order number and a valid ID.
Can I pick up my order at any Marina Rinaldi boutique?
In-store pickup is available at select stores. During the purchase you will have to let know customer service about your choice only if you decide to do in stor epick up.
What happens if I'm not at home when the courier comes?
The courier will make two additional delivery attempts and/or you will receive an automatic email allowing you to reschedule the delivery yourself.
If you do not receive this email and the second attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
The shipping confirmation email includes your Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track your shipment in real time on the courier's website.

to UAE only.
